Hazel
Our inspiration! Hazel underwent a liver transplant surgery in 2013. Her surgery was a success, as well as her gift from WHK! Her story touched the lives of thousands. She continues to be an inspiration for others who are just beginning their journey.
Samantha
As our second little hero to help in 2017, Samantha was a darling little angel to learn about, meet and spread love too. Her health situation was very similar to Hazel's, so it was very moving to see these two inspiring little heroes meet each other!

Sarah
Sarah is such an inspiration! Not even knowing she was ill at 17, a random blood test uncovered she had Leukemia in November of 2017. Her road to recovery was tough, but her smiling face and positive attitude had us awed. We miss seeing her as often as we did when working on her room. Sarah is a ray of sunshine!
